One TCG price API, every plan
Every paid plan unlocks the same trading card game API — a single REST endpoint set that returns live market prices for 300,000+ cards across 8 games. Instead of scraping TCGplayer or eBay yourself, you get clean JSON with market, low and mid prices, per-condition values, and PSA, BGS and CGC graded comps, refreshed daily. The plans differ only by request volume, history depth and commercial licensing — not by which data you can reach.
What every plan includes
- Live TCGplayer and eBay pricing for Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars: Unlimited, Flesh and Blood and Pokemon Japan
- Per-condition raw prices from Near Mint to Damaged
- Graded values across PSA, BGS and CGC — see the graded price data
- Every set and printing, with daily updates
- Simple REST over HTTPS with documented endpoints and clean JSON
Who uses the TCG Price Lookup API
Developers build price trackers, collection managers and deck-value tools on it; marketplaces and shops use it to price inventory; and AI agents query it for real-time card valuations. If you just want to look up what a card is worth without writing code, the card value checker and the card catalog are free to browse.
Start free, upgrade when you scale
The Free plan is enough to prototype against real data. When your project grows or goes commercial, Pro adds the commercial license, full price history and higher limits — and you can change plans anytime from your dashboard. New to the API? Read the TCG API comparison to see how it stacks up.
Pricing FAQ
What is the TCG Price Lookup API?
It's a single REST API for trading card prices and market data. One JSON endpoint set returns live TCGplayer and eBay values, per-condition pricing, and PSA, BGS and CGC graded comps for 300,000+ cards across 8 games, so you don't have to scrape marketplaces or stitch together multiple sources.
Is there a free TCG API tier?
Yes. The Free plan includes 100 requests per day with current market prices and card search across every supported game, no credit card required. It's meant for testing, prototypes and personal projects.
What's the difference between the Starter and Pro plans?
Starter ($19.99/mo) is for small, non-commercial projects: 2,500 requests/day with TCGplayer + eBay prices, graded values and 30-day history. Pro ($49.99/mo) adds 10,000 requests/day, full price history, bulk endpoints and a commercial use license, so it's the tier for revenue-generating apps.
When do I need a commercial license?
Any time the API powers a product, service or business that makes money. Commercial use is included on the Pro and Business plans. The Free, Starter and legacy plans are for non-commercial use.
Which trading card games and data does the API cover?
Pokemon, Pokemon Japan, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars: Unlimited and Flesh and Blood. Each card includes TCGplayer market/low/mid prices, eBay sold averages, per-condition raw prices and PSA/BGS/CGC graded comps, refreshed daily.
How is API usage counted?
Each call to a pricing or search endpoint counts as one request against your daily quota, which resets every day. Bulk endpoints let you resolve many cards in a single call on the Pro and Business plans.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with a fresh quota; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also takes care of global sales tax and VAT. You'll get proper invoices and can manage billing from the customer portal.
